Starting your SCENT TO YOU subscription is simple.
Send an email to iris@scenttoyou.nl and tell us a little about your business.

Please include:

COMPANY NAME
The name of your business.

CONTACT PERSON
Your name and the person we can contact about the subscription.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
The address where you would like to receive your SCENT TO YOU deliveries.

NUMBER OF DIFFUSERS
Tell us how many spaces you would like to scent and how many diffusers you would like to start with.

PREFERRED START MONTH
Let us know from which month you would like your subscription to begin.

Optional, but helpful:

TYPE OF BUSINESS
For example: office, law firm, salon, hotel, practice, coworking space or showroom.

FRAGRANCE PREFERENCES
Our standard subscription follows the curated SCENT TO YOU fragrance calendar, so you do not need to choose your monthly scents yourself.
However, if there are fragrance profiles you particularly love — or would rather avoid — feel free to let us know.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
If you would like SCENT TO YOU for more than one location, tell us how many locations you have and where they are.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once we receive your email, we will get back to you personally to confirm your subscription.
Together we will confirm:

Your number of diffusers
Your delivery details
Your preferred starting month
Any fragrance preferences
Your billing details
And any specific requirements for your business

Once everything is confirmed, your first SCENT TO YOU delivery will be prepared.

A QUICK REMINDER

Your first delivery is €25 excl. VAT per diffuser and includes:

A reusable SCENT TO YOU diffuser
A 100 ml fragrance refill
6 black reeds
Delivery

Every month after that is €20 excl. VAT per diffuser and includes:

A new 100 ml curated fragrance refill
6 fresh black reeds
Delivery

The minimum subscription period is three months.
After the first three months, your subscription continues monthly and can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
